Visual Studio 2015 RC installed when installing the phone emulator

I have successfully installed Visual Studio 2015 and Windows 10 Core Tools. However, while trying to install emulators for Windows Mobile 10.0.10069, the installer stops at about 80% and never goes forward. The screenshot also displays the Task Manager.

I solved the problem using the web installer . Even this web installer might not work well with the dev machine. The solution is to run the installer on a different machine (running Windows 8.1. Any other Windows OS should work as well) and select the boot option. Then move the downloaded directory to the dev machine and install emulators from that directory.

Happened to me on builds 10166 and 10240. On build 10240, I opened Task Manager after a long wait and killed (Vs) SecondaryInstaller. VS2015 main installer continued immediately and finished without error. Later, a refurbishment of the VS installation was done to be safe.
