Rails + Heroku: Application error but logs look ok?

I've spent the last two hours trying to get my app at https://young-refuge-9638.herokuapp.com/ .

I restarted my app, I dropped the db and then tried to rerun migrations again with no luck.

I collect resources locally before clicking on hero, transferring assets to Github and then trying to deploy to hero.

After launching, heroku logs

I don't see anything below that immediately stands out as the cause of the problem:

It works great in development. What did I miss?
