New Admob "pin pin" address not working

I applied for admob pin check once and after submitting that I realized the address was wrong, so I updated my new address and when I try to apply the new contact it still shows the old address.Also I got qualified for the threshold payment.

Already 2 weeks have not learned anything. Can anyone help

I know this question is a little old, but I'm having the same problem today. You must log out of your account and clear your cookies . I was able to send the PIN to my new address immediately using this method.
