How do I create an eBay deeplink with a partner ID?
Does anyone know if it is possible to create a debplink for ebay products but also pass the partner id to ebay?
Today ebay affiliate links provide: http://rover.ebay.com/rover/0 ...
Can I use them in a deep link so that the product opens in the eBay app but also tracks my Partner ID?

I went through this recently with the native eBay app. At the time of this answer, the native app does not support partner IDs and only very simple two URL scheme parameters. You can search and launch only on a specific item. I just checked it out with eBay dev support this week!
Here's a link to a page that talks about what's available as eBay doesn't seem to document it, exactly for the current iOS version of the app at the time of this answer.
