Parse notifications Very slow

I am sending Push Notifications with Parse and they are very slow right now, taking up to 5 minutes to receive push. I looked at the Push control panel and they are stuck in a pending state, so it seems to be a problem with the Parse Push system.

I've been using Parse Push notifications for a while, and usually I get notifications after a couple of seconds. This looks like a problem.

Does anyone have another issue with Parse Push? Can anyone from Parse have a look at this?
