Implementing Yii2 Menu widget with nested ruleset

Can anyone help me to implement the behavior of nested sets https://github.com/creocoder/yii2-nested-sets using Yii2 widget? Basically, I want a hierarchical sidebar navigation menu to look like this http://www.surtex-instruments.co.uk/surgical/general-surgical-instruments
