Android Galaxy Android 4 4.4 "Internet" Browser Position: Error and Redirect

I have encountered several strange errors while browsing the website with the Android Galaxy Samsung 3 4.4 internet app browser.

In particular, the elements that were positioned :absolute

for the css3 animation were not positioned within their container position:relative;

. It's almost as if it position: relative

were completely omitted in this mobile browser.

So it's interesting A.) If anyone has any suggestions for this error? or B.) If you need to smoke Android Galaxy S 3 4.4 ' internet

' and provide a redirect to download Chrome (none of the above errors appear on Android Chrome) or C.) a certain conditional capability for a given browser to add certain styles ONLY for this browser.
