Make a copy of plone installed on another server with data

To create another clone of a plone installation along with the data, is it enough to copy buildout.cfg and Data.fs with the same Plone version on a different installation? Does it recover downloaded PDFs and images that were taken on the first server? Using plone 4.2.1 standalone installation on Linux

You are correct that you also need to transfer files and images. They are stored as BLOBs on the file system.

I am assuming that you find a directory named blobstorage

next to the directory filestorage

where you found Data.fs

.



You need to transfer this directory blobstorage

and all its contents.
