Hadoop distcp with partition

I am trying to execute distcp from one system to another with the same configurations (e.g. A to B). But the partitions I created in A do not show up in B after distcp from A to B. I need to manually create partitions in B.

I went over to the dynamic partition parameter set, but it just adds partitions, which is completely different. Please let me know one way or another to resolve this issue.
