When using Griddle.js, is it possible to sort the column using values from the metadata column?
Is it possible to sort one column using the values of another hidden (metadata) column?
Why is this necessary?
- When sorting dollar values, it is desirable and more consistent if we sort by numeric values instead of string / formatted dollar values.
- When sorting non-null appended values with prefix / suffixes, the sort will only work with the sort index.
