Can the AppInvites SDK use its own GA dimension index other than the hard-coded "1"?

Can't believe the AppInvites SDK from Google uses a hardcoded custom dimension index with no API to change it.

The inconvenient truth is that the custom dimension index defined in Google Anlytics cannot be changed. I have already defined several custom dimensions. As a result, the collected AppInvites data will pollute my current measurement data.

According to the AppInvites doc :

Note that this dimension must be at index 1 in the Custom Demensions table.
