IOS app: how to avoid losing your keychain when transferring your app?

My company was recently acquired by another company and now I have to transfer my application to my developer account. I have an Administrator role on both old and new developer accounts.

There are several keychain-access-groups in my application. (HQ83N32B50.com.my.application).

What steps should I take before migrating my app so that future updates made by the new developer account also have access to the keychain?

I've googled a lot and found a lot of mixed answers regarding Apple's attitude and will help. Can I contact them and ask them to add my "old" team profile to the "new" developer account?

Otherwise, I thought about manually adding the "old" and "new" command prefixes to the keychain-access-groups (I noticed it was an array). Will it help?

Any help is greatly appreciated !! :-)

I found that when upgrading from an old app, your keychain will not be lost. But when you uninstall the old app and install the new one, the keychain will be lost.

so you need to tell your user not to delete your app, just do a normal app update.
