Elastic Beanstalk command request logs not working on my normal Windows AMI

I created a custom AMI for use in the Elastic Beanstalk environment as described here . All of this works, except for requesting log files from instances. When using the Console, when I click on "Request Logs | Last 100 Lines" it will show the game device to load for quite some time and then leaves the list of downloaded logs blank.

I already tried to enable all the related logs checkboxes in the EC2Config dialog before creating the AMI, but it didn't help.
