Fuzzy System.Exception in Windows Phone Application

Sometimes I find this strange exception in my log:

System.Exception: The packages in the frame are incompatible. Or Pointer IDs are not unique, or there is a discrepancy in timestamps, Frame IDs, pointer types, or source devices.

The packets in the frame are incompatible. Pointer names are not unique or there is inconsistency in timestamps, frame identifiers, pointer types, or source devices.

There is no stacktrace and I didn't find anything like this on google with this error other than these error codes: 0x80400004 and winerror.h -2143289340.

Has anyone had this problem and fixed it, or at least somehow discover the cause of this error?
