View background color and button image have the same code but different look (iOS)

I am setting the background color for the UIView through the storyboard, but I can see the bright color in the simulator. And this is different from the background of the Button Button with the same code and sketch with the same code. Alpha Set 1. What could be wrong?

Sometimes you need to set RGB to its natural state, try using "common RGB" in color settings
