During design, can you prevent the components from moving on the first click of the selection?

All of our shapes tend to have some drawbacks because when we click on a component to change properties, there is a tendency to move the component if the mouse is still moving the smallest bit when we select the component.

Is there an option that makes this so that you can't move a component that isn't already selected? (It takes a second deliberate click to actually move things.)

You can enable Lock Controls from the Edit menu, after which it won't move when you click on it, but it will of course remain locked on the second click. However, at least it will save you the random moves just because you have to select the control
