Moto 360 with faulty gyroscope after Android 5.1 update

Since the Android 5.1 update (or I'm not sure if this is always the case, but I have no idea that it is), Moto 360 no longer reports useful gyroscope data. I've tested this abnormal behavior on three different Moto 360 devices.

Below is a link to a Google spreadsheet containing the raw sensor data (motion capture) for the Moto 360 on page 1, and then the sensor data for the G Watch R on page 2. Note that sensor type 0 is for gyroscope and 1 - for the accelerometer.

https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/11154fiVCSro111apVkYSlz1s4VW8D5X82WZsNTTHnCE/edit?usp=sharing

As you can see, the Moto 360 reports gyroscope data at 20ms intervals, but the values do not change. Meanwhile on the GWR, the sensor data even reports the increments between the accelerometer and the gyroscope, and the values are constantly changing (as expected).

Have any Wear devs also had this issue and have anyone found a potential solution?

Yes, the gyroscope no longer works. I made a ticket and received confirmation from Motorola support, in German:

"Obwohl das Gyroskop nicht absichtlich abgeschaltet wurde im letzten Renewal, scheint es doch dazu gekommen zu sein, dass es Funktion beeinträchtigt wurde. Das Gyroskop war keine Funktion, die besonders bee alleworben wurde undr. Fehlers zwar auf unserer Liste, aber nicht Priorität. "

My translation: They say Motorola disabled the gyroscope accidentally on the latest (Android) update. They have not expressed the gyroscope advertisement and all functions work with the gyroscope, so it has no priority to fix the problem.

No luck here.
