GoogleAppEngineLauncher not found after installing Google Cloud Platform
After installing the Google Cloud Platform SDK (for 64-bit windows) I get a crash because the GoogleAppEngineLauncher.exe file is not installed ... indeed, there is no "Launcher" folder (where the GoogleAppEngineLauncher.exe file is located).
I have uninstalled and reinstalled the SDK several times .. without any errors, prior to attempting to run the Google App Engine program.

Your Launcher can be located in this directory. C: \ Documents and Settings (yourusername) \ Local Settings \ Temp. If not, refer to the Above manual for correct installation.
