Is it possible for multiple people to work on the same Eclipse project at once? (Like Google Docs)

If so, how can I film this? Can't find any direct guides for it through Google and don't know about running web servers, so I'm not sure where to start after all.

DocShare is a plugin that allows you to work in the Eclipse environment.



According to its wiki page, it works through XMPP (Google Talk, Jabber, ...)
