Ipython laptop inside pycharm with remote interpreter won't start

Working with Pycharm (4.5.1) on windows with a remote interpreter using a python installation on a Linux machine.

my remote interpreter works fine with regular python files.

Don't get confirmation and the URL doesn't work.
