App update rejected on Google Play

The Android app is in the Google Play Store. He gets all his context from the website and his main job is watching movies. Version for version was rejected on Google Play, REASON FOR REJECTION: Violation of intellectual property rules and impersonation or deceptive behavior in the Content Policy.

After my reiteration where I will explain that any changes made to the application will lead to confusion in connection with the site connection with the application and that all content is important for me to use. They responded with this message: After reviewing your application, we discovered that your application uses one or more protected images owned by a third party (copyrighted posters). If you are authorized to use this content, please attach a verifiable proof of permission in response to this email.

I can provide them with a document stating that I am allowed to develop an application for the site, but the site owner does not have any permissions or legal rights to use the movie posters.

We have an IOS app running beautifully in the App Store using the same data (movie posters) that the Android app uses.

Has anyone had this update issue on google play? Could it be around? Or can someone show me how the document should look like? Or maybe where can they buy copyrights? But I'm not sure if they'll like the last one. (Again, I already have a published version of the app on the market. I think the bot only checks the code when it updates? Funny)
