Using Autoprefixer with notepad ++

I am studying web design. I found a tool called Autoprefixer . https://github.com/postcss/autoprefixer I am using Notepad ++ as my html and css editor. But I cannot find a way to use Autoprefixer with Notepad ++. Is there a plugin for Notepad ++? Or give me a suggestion how can I implement it in my webpage. Is there any jQuery plugin in Autoprefixer ? I know how to use jQuery plugins. just add script tag to my html file. Or please give me other suggestions that I can easily understand. Thanx in advance.
