Command line and output a different color to Mac terminal?

Is there a way to make the command line prompt on Mac Terminal a different color than the output? Everything is the same now and sometimes it can be difficult to follow.

I used Vagrant though, and now I want my command line to stick out of the rest of the output text in my standard Mac terminal. I know how to change its color, but this is the color shared between the terminal output and the prompt
