after updating all my packages as soon as i run gulp

this is what i get

I tried to start a new ionic app and got the same error. I assume you already have npm installed, but the Cordova CLI is not installed, so I suggest you install in terminal on npm.

sudo npm install -g cordova


It worked for me, hope it helps you.
