Tizen template not showing up in new Tizen IDE project?

I downloaded Tizen SDK Manager and installed Tizen SDK to develop my own applications as shown below.

Now it doesn't show the Tizen app template, however it is installed and shown in the Template folder

How do I add a template to the IDE?

Open the update manager and click the "Advanced" button. Then install the SDK tools.

I think you should download the latest version of Tizen.
