Problem syncing notifications between iPhone and Apple Watch

I am working on an iOS app where push notifications come from a web server. I am setting up Apple config in Xcode by adding a new target and creating new Provisioning Profiles and using them in Xcode for Apple Watch. When I check this, multiple times notification appears on Apple multiple times on the iPhone, not both. Any help

The OS determines which device is sending the notification based on several different factors. First of all, the Watch will only receive a notification if it is being worn - unless you turn off wrist detection - and the iPhone is locked.
