Installing a bolt in a subfolder

I am trying to run a bolt on a subfolder of my main domain. It works fine under root, but where can I change the settings for the sub folder? I just can't find it.

If you are using Bolt in a subfolder, you need to uncomment the RewriteBase /

rule in your .htaccess file. This should fix your problem.
