CodeIgniter Framework PHP: configure boot twister after installation via composer

I am wondering how to install bootstrap in codeginiter 3.0.

First, I install bootstrap twbs via composer. And then it is stored in the vendor folder. I ran JS command line code over command line and nothing happened. Just a file not related to the download.

How can we configure the composer loading to the resources folder. Any of them use it. Many thanks.

I have an answer for myself. When we run CLI GRUNT. It has a default call to folder or dest, we just replace it with the destination folder to the folder or shared folder.
