About Apple's rejection of "local APIs for emergency services"

I have developed an application that tracks the user's location (background) with the user's permission for the state police.

As stated in Apple's Human Interface Guidelines:

4.3 Apps that use location-based APIs for emergency services will be rejected

  • So now services include location based APIs for emergency services

  • Can I use government service location tracking

Any help is appreciated.

app rejection process 4. Location at the bottom with a section

4.3 Apps that use location-based APIs for dispatch, fleet management or emergency services will be rejected.

Ans:

You can't make apps to spy on your employees or make apps that are too location dependent. Nobody wants to see an accident happen because the device was not accurate enough or was not working correctly. Also, you cannot use iPhone to monitor people.
