Place the mdl-drawer sidebar below the nav bar, not on top of it
In Material Design Lite, how do you determine the position of elements? I would like to show the sidebar below the navigation bar, not on top of it like the default: http://www.getmdl.io/components/#layout-section/layout

This is not something out of the box as it means the design will no longer match the design of the materials. So if you want to do this, you need to adjust the scoreboard to your own CSS and specify the top margin to be below the nav bar. Then apply to anything else that might break with the movement (I don't believe there should be anything.)
