IntelliJ Code Style for Scala Templates

I'm having trouble with IntelliJ auto-formatting for Scala templates (.scala.html). I tried changing the settings for HTML but they don't seem to have any effect. It seems that when I have a clean HTML file, these settings work fine.

I've searched here, but I've seen some very old answers (2012 or 2013) that say the problem will be fixed, but I'm using the latest IntelliJ and when I run the "reformat code" it messes up the code style.
