Add-Migration Results to Exception with Invalid Column Message
I am struggling with the first migrations of EntityFramework code. I have initialized my project with Enable-Migrations
. This went well and after I created some models and added them to my class DataContext
, I ran the command Add-Migration InitialCreate
. This also worked well and I have successfully updated my database by running Update-Database
.
After a few days, I needed an additional field in my table with a name Altitude
that is a type double
. So I added a field and ran Add-Migration AddAltitude
. This gave an exception (see below for full traceback) with the message Invalid column "Height"
This is my model class ( Location.cs
