What are the main differences between CSS normalization and CSS CSS?

I know what Normalize CSS does. But I recently found Marx CSS. The functions look very similar to Normalize CSS. To be specific, should I continue with Normalize CSS, or is this CSS better as it seems to be quite lightweight or is entirely preference based?
