How to show n records based on criterion of text features & n + 1, n + 2, n + 3, n + 4 rows in SQL MS Access 2013

I need help with SQL MS Access 2013

. I need the query / report to include: search for combined text functions like? and "as" in the table with the message and comments, then if in comment n display this line n and the next 4 lines up, therefore n, n-1, n-2, n-3, n-4 (due to time sequence such as Facebook posts and comments) as well as another or combined query / report, if column n shows n, find the first comment down by post id and also display first comment n + 1, then n + 2, n + 3 and n + 4 from the timeline for posts and comments on the social network
