Error updating with Anaconda Launcher

After I am prompted to update applications (ipython, glueviz) in the Anaconda Launcher window and I continue updating (click the button next to launch), I get this message:

Unable to remove files for package: pyyaml
Please close all processes running code from pyyaml and try again

After looking online, I fount this thread , I followed the instruction to execute:

conda update -f conda

But now when I start Anaconda Launcher it doesn't populate the apps.

The Anaconda Launcher issue is a bug that will be fixed today with the release of the conda bug (3.15.1).
