Deploying an SSIS Project (SQL Server 2012) to a Remote SQL Server

I have an SSIS project generated by SSDT-BI 2012 and this is a project development model project.

I am trying to deploy a project to a remote SQL Server, standard edition SSDT-BI.

But the wizard won't let me enter username and password for SQL authorization.

I read SOF post to copy * .ispac file from / bin folder to remote server file system.

Unfortunately, the server does not allow RDP access.

So, any solution?
