Random error "comp not bound" (JBoss4 / EJB3)

I have this very strange error. EAR is deployed perfectly. The error appears during certain jobs (like background tasks) and it complains about the inability to instantiate components that were used just a few seconds before the same code. As far as I can tell, nothing ends (session or transaction), the time it appears is random and I can't reproduce the error every time.

JBoss4.2.3, JDK7, Seam 2.2.0GA, EJB3.
