Amazon AWS Security Group - Resolve IP Address Microsoft Azure Web App
This is the first time I've published a web app to Azure. I have a SQL Server database on Amazon AWS that I am connecting to. I need to set up a security group for Azure Web App connection. How do I get the IP address of an Azure Web Application? From what I understand about Azure, web apps have a spinning IP address as they are on shared servers. What can I tell the security team?

Check Azure Outbound Address
Your web app can only have 4 IP addresses. Add 4 rules to your SG, one for each IP. This is much safer than using a larger CIDR block.
