How to install multiple instances of Zope as Windows services

I am running multiple instances of zope on a windows server. Currently, I can only run the seed instance as a Windows service. This was installed as a complete Plone install. The other two instances were created using buildout.cfg and are launched via the console using a scheduled task. It is not a reliable solution and does not affect site performance. Any ideas how I can install multiple instances of Zope as windows services.

I have installed multiple versions of Plone (e.g. 3.x, 4.1, 4.3) on the same Windows machine, using Windows Installer, but setting separate target directories each time.

In my case, I would only be running one version of Plone at a time, so I didn't have to change the port number that each Zope used. I just created .bat files that will run, and just Zope, which I wanted (and stopped everyone else), but you will also have to edit the port number each Zope uses so they can listen on different ports at the same time. (I'm not sure how to do this).
