How to use the arango dump tool?

I am new to using ArangoDB and I am currently trying to use the arangodump tool in ArangoDB 2.5.5. But I don't know where to find it?

Did I run it using JSShell in the web interface? How ever I try to run this command, I get an unexpected id error.

arangodump --server.database PerformanceTest --output-directory "performanceTestDump"

      

        
        
        
      

    

I have verified that I am using the correct database name and that the output directory does not exist yet. What am I doing wrong?
