Android Studio Mac keyboard not working on Windows

I use a Mac at home and use Windows at work. On my Windows machine, I tried to change my Android Studio keyboard in preferences on Mac OS X 10.5+, but the Windows key is not detected as Meta. Also, when I use a Mac keyboard, the command key is defined as a Windows key. What key should I use as a meta key in Windows? How do I set up Android Stuido or Intellij so that I can use the Mac keyboard on Windows?
