Trying to run protractor in step 3 in angular js tutorial

I cannot run the e2e test using the protractor

When I try to run the angular phonecat app code from https://docs.angularjs.org/tutorial

It shows this error

Do you have a chrome and chrome driver installed?

Try the following:



In 'protractor-conf.js' remove 'chromeOnly: true' and put 'directConnect: true'.

you can find it in angular_phonecat \ test file

plus, run node cmd in admin mode. This was the missing link for me!
