SQL Server 2014 Express Replication

I'm new to Sql Server and would like to know if SQL Server 2014 Express can be configured as a Publisher Server for replication? I cannot find the local publishing node in the replication folder tree.

Express only supports witnesses. See link below for features supported by different editions of SQL Server 2014.
