Google Plus Community Slack Integration

In the coding boot camp I'm at, we use both Slack and the Google community to communicate online. It looks like people are not fulfilling their obligations to the Google Community when they want to share resources, links to articles, etc. And use Slack for chat only. It would be nice if new posts in the Google Community show up in a weak state.

There appears to be no RSS feed for Google Communities. And this open problem probably doesn't bode well. Any other ideas?
