Rspec using old files on retests

This is my first project in Rails 4, I am using 4.2

I find that rspec does not reload my spec files every time it runs, so the tests I fixed keep failing with the old error message.

I'm guessing it has something to do with spring, but I can't seem to find information on how to configure the paths it should reload.

I run rspec with bin/rspec

and here is my Gemfile if used.
