I am working on a Codeigniter project where I used the twitter api library to get twitter data. It worked fine before I changed server, but after changing server, it threw below error. I don't know the problem.

Please check your cPanel if the port is open or not, sometimes it opens but actually not. You can check this in your cPanel under health checks and monitoring for port details.
