Google Tag Manager with PhoneGap

When you create a new Google Tag Manager account, you create your container for the web, IOS, or Android.

I'm trying to integrate GTM into a PhoneGap app and I'm not sure which option to go with.

While this is a mobile application, its functionality is offered through Javascript, HTML and CSS, and many of them are implemented as if it were a web application.

While the GTM docs provide guidelines for IOS and Android integration, they are not appropriate for the PhoneGap app.

Any advice would be much appreciated as always.
