Android issue installs the same app for multiple accounts on a device

I have two accounts that are signed in different gmail addresses on the device. In the first app to set up an account through the Play Market then login to the second account and try to install the same app. As you assume, the application is installed without downloading. works fine, but open the first account and uninstall the app via the game market and install it again. Same stuff, it installs without download. And the application will crash because the application cannot load my files with files really. Does anyone have any idea what kind of approach Google has in this situation? Please give me full ideas?
