Can't install some R package on Ubuntu 15.04

Please can you help me, I am trying to install these packages in R and my OS is linux ubuntu 15.04

devtools
rjava

      

but i get some error like when i install devtools

sudo apt-get install r-cran-rjava

      

what should i do to install the required packages. This issue applies to other packages as well, such as jgr, deducer, rweka
