Reporting Services: How to Install PDF Export on One Page?

I created a report in Reporting Services and when we view the report in Internet Explorer we want to export the report in PDF format. It works, but it cut off the columns on the right and displayed them on the next page (PDF) because the page was too wide. I changed the orientation to landscape and still cut off the columns on the right. Then I resized the page to legal paper and it fits on one page, but we need the report on letter-sized paper. Is there a way to shrink the report to fit the size of the letter?

Here's how to get a report that can be placed on the letter page:



  • Click an empty space outside the report
  • Look at the properties and find an interactive dimension. Set it to 11.8.5 inches. Set your margins to 0.5in, 0.5in, 0.5in, 0.5in
  • Click on the body and select properties. Set the width to 10 inches and something less than 7.5 for the height.

When designing a report from SpagoBI Studio, change the Master Page setting (next to Layout).

There is no need to change the orientation, but you need to increase the width of the report according to the number of columns and columns from.



make sure it is greater than the sum of the entire column width (table width)
